A post from me since a very very long time...
This could actually count as the out of norm thing for the day...
Anyways, i am here to show a Coin Trick when i was bored in office.
I promise that this pic has not been photoshopped and there were no tape/bluetack etc.

Its official.. im balding.. haha.. sian... been dropping shitload of hair the past 3 days.. my room is like a freaking barber shop..

No idea why.. maybe its something i ate.. maybe stress (probably).. doctor said could be Testosterone level too high.. haha.. does it mean i'm more MAN now? hahah.. Anyway.. the medicine for hair loss is like $95/mth.. don't wanna spend the money.. don't have that kind of money either.. haha..

So... i guess i'll shave it all off.. again.. probably next week or something.. i'll see how..

Meanwhile.. photo taking sessions with me (with hair) are currently ongoing for a limited time only! haha.. limited edition photos leh.. before i go permanently bald..

and.. my Kimage membership card who want? i probably wont get to use it anymore.. hahaha

Went to Mandy birthday yesterday. It was at Amara in Sentosa.

One villa for 1.1k one night.

It was planned by her bf Mark. & after her Bday song, he sang "Mandy" by Barry Manilow

He sang the front part. Mandy's "primary sch" friends sang the middle. The rest of the guests sang the chorus.


Isn't that nice? Of cos, she teared in bliss.


It made me ponder what did I do for Dawn on her 21st?

I got her Joe. wad else?? Hmmmm??

She organised her bday with Jinyan. They celebrated w her friends at Coconut grove.

I din go. :( Cant really rem why I din go.

I think I suck. Haha

Even if she did ask me not to, I should do something else to make her a princess that night.

Hmmmm.. Recently feel like doing a lot of things. Feeling more so since chinese new yr. so if u ask me to go out, I will.

This I am bored with fyp.

I am done with the content. Have been trying to put all effort into the report for the past weeks.

Its 22 weeks of effort I mind u. I am counting. Cos I have presentations every week for every week of effort. So I have 22 presentation slides in my archive.

My FYP folder is now 700MB in size. Contains past works from other FYP ancestors. And I had drawn lots of schematic diagrams.

That explains why.

The report is the most important. Dont want my effort not showcased. Dumb isnt it?

Looking thru all the presentation slides and discussed with my Prof, most of my previous semester work will not be included in the report.

Its GOOD AND BAD.

Good.. lesser to write. More focus report.

Bad.. Effort wasted.

This phase stained my mind since 1st day of OCS.

I received "Back for Good" letter from Air Force.

I think I am stating my return as 3rd Week of June.

I am seeing the light now. I am graduating in months to come.

Looking at the working world where I earn my pennies.

Looking away from parents.



I think I am made for financial world.

Nothing in Engineering excites me more than the Financial thingy.

I can spend hours in my room talking bout it with my roommate.

He is a financial guru; been selling international funds for years.


Will I quit after 4 years? Somethings to ponder.

Where is my passion? This one i know. I love money. It's where the money is. :D


Dawn is going to scold me, "Read more bible" she says. :P

I am still willing to get scolded by her. You know why.

Looking back at 2007.

It was wonderful.

Better than 2006. :)

I got to know a lot more friends.

Friends both in NTU and outside.

And it seems to be expanding. HAHA

Pretty cool, isn't it?

Just hope it will keep rolling.

2007 also brought me the best academic results.

May 2008 bring me better ones.

Oh, I got to go Japan too in 2007.

Where should I go this year?

Maybe Japan again, since I cant get enough of it.

My beloved Meow Meow has passed away peacefully.

These are some photos of her when she is relieved off her pain.





I teared when she left the world.

I can still remember the good times we had together and how I got to know this wonderful friend.

I remembered it was near midnight in Jan 2006 that I hear her ailing meows at my void deck. I was returning home from one of my late night out with my ex. She was at the a corner of the wall near to the bicycles locks.

She had a pool of blood in front of her, bloodied nose and mouth. She was in pain when I tried to move her. She had a broken fore limp.

The thought of helping her came naturally to me. But I know my mum wouldn't allow me to keep her. Eventually, I decided to ask my mum.

I went back to scoop her up from the corner. I remembered I really had tough time trying to get her up, coz she was really in pain.

I put her outside my house balcony for 2 days. She didn't eat for 2 days. Not even drinking the milk i gave.

On the 3rd day, she finally stood up and eat the kitten food i bought.

After that we keep her in the house.

She was limping everywhere. Poor but it was a cute sight.

My mum wanted to let her go after that. But we cant. She cant survived outside looking for food in such state; she cant fight for food.

2 weeks later I brought her to Mt Pleasant Animal hospital to treat her broken limp. I used part of my ang bao money to treat her.

She was limping around with a chicken drumstick like limp. Very cute. Like a 招财猫.

It was on the day that she remove her bandage that she first scratch me. It was a deep one into my palm. I bled alot at the hospital. She was so scared about the removal that she was frantically struggling. I got scratched when I tried to pin her down. :(

She recovered swiftly after then. Fortunate cat.

The 2nd trauma that she been thru was when we decided to sterilize her. She was on heat for few days so we decided to do that.

When she was back, she was so weak. Cant stand. Cant walk much. Keep wanting to stand up. But will topple after a few steps.

It broke my heart when I see that.


There are many things that Meow Meow loves to do.

She loves to scratch the sratchboard. When she is scratching, she doesnt want anyone to touch the board. She will scratch you if you do. Haha.,

She loves to sleep. She can sleep everyday.

She loves to lick Mi Mi. When I am back late at night, I will go sayang Meow Meow before I bathe. Mi Mi will be jealous and walk over. Meow Meow will automatically groom Mi Mi fur.

She loves to come into my room. Every morning when I am home, she will scratch my door at 7 plus to wake me up. If I am not home, she would do that. She remembers me. According to my mum, when I was in school during exam, she didnt eat much.

She loves to hide in my cupboard. If we leave the cupboard door ajar, she will crawl in and sleep in the stack of clothing. She loves it. She can be inside for up to 8 hrs.

She loves to go out to the balcony. When we are going out or just reached home. She will take the chance to run out of the house. She will lie close to the floor if we try to get her it. It is really difficult to get her in if she lie down. I have to scrape her off the floor.

She loves to rub against my legs when I brush teeth in the morning and meow.

She loves me to scratch her chin, rub her nose and face.

She loves to sleep on my ling room Hi-fi system.

She loves to stand on the window edge and look down. That is 9 storey down. Pretty scary to see her standing like that. But she can still make a 180 turn along the railing.

She hates to bathe. She will scream and scream if i do. She will pee minutes after she bathed. And she looks really ugly after bathing.


I was really nostalgic to remember the good times we had together. I am regretful that I din spend much time with her recently.

I am regretful that I never cherish her when she is around. Now she is gone...

I will miss you, Meow Meow.

Guess how many dai that was.. It's 12 dai!!! It's a record breaking 12 dai.
It includes hua shang, pong pong hu, yao jiu hu, bang se, 2 winds, 3 flowers and 1 da pai. :)

Parry, I broke your 9 dai record. HAHA

You guys (and gals) kept my studying funny and stress-free.. HAHA

Haha.. I am not disappointed at all.. In fact, was a happy day filled with love.. :)


I am so proud that i completed the marathon. I started to walk at the 19km.

The cramp started at the butt. Then slowly to the calfs and to the quadriceps.

I was like cramp after 30 steps of running. Have to stop and stretch. Stretch will take 2 min or so. SO INEFFICIENT.

So i decided to open up and walk briskly at 7km/hr.

0820, i was at the beginning of East Coast at 19 km mark.

0930, I was at the 26km the turning point at the end of east coast.

1015, exit East coast at 32km.

1115, near beach road at 38km.

1145, near Ritz Carlton at 41km.

1200, finished 42.195km.


This is the most unprepared marathon ever. I basically walk briskly all the way after 18 km. :)

I think some people are stunned that walking can be as fast as slow jog.. Haha!


Slowest but the proudest marathon ever.

Someone gave me a surprise today. Not too extremely surprised coz anticipated it.

But its still an extremely sweet one. Nice motivation amidst the exam period. :)

Cant remember what i did since i came back from Japan.

Haha.. The obvious, school started.

Last week was a happy week. Saying HI to people that I failed to meet up with in the 3 months holiday.




The beginning of this week was a hard one. Survived on 5.5 hrs of sleep daily. Withstanding the 100 mins of traffic jam to and fro to school daily. School started early and ended late at 545 for 2 days.


Meet Prof today for Final Year Project. Better start planning my life soon.





Anyway, I watched 881.




Review:

Touching. BUT, freakin stupid at some parts which I think is TOTALLY ridiculous.
